Consultation Sessions for Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching (One on One)

My Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching sessions aim to help you be the best version of yourself by covering 360 degree wellness topics such as:

  • Analysis & Optimisation of your current diet
  • Customizing Meal Plans for your lifestyle and your goals
  • Supplement Recommendations
  • Managing Stress
  • Improving Sleep
  • Improving Energy

In these sessions, I teach the basic logic behind integrating a sustainable diet and lifestyle habits to your daily life by providing evidence-based nutrition and wellness tips plus practical recommendations. We analyze your personal needs and wellness goals, and co-create action steps that will help you to reach your goals. Afterwards, we track these action steps together, tweak them, or add new action steps when needed, with the ultimate goal of creating sustainable lifelong habits.

The first session is one hour long (100 GBP)
Follow-up sessions are 30 mins (50 GBP)
