In the 10-day detox program, we create a WhatsApp group for those who want to clean the toxins out of their body, achieve weight loss and quickly burn fat through detoxing. We prepare a detox program that fits for all members of the group and track the program via WhatsApp. The menus in this program are created daily and adjusted dynamically. They are alkaline focused Mediterranean Diet type menus that help to achieve a fast fat burn.

During the program, the group members can ask their questions via their WhatsApp group during working hours (9am to 6pm) and motivate each other by following the program. The program consists of menus that are easy to incorporate into your daily-life. This ensures the detox program is not time-consuming in terms of food shopping and meal preparation.

The 10-day group detox program fee is 85 GBP per person.
